I treat design systems as shared product evergreen infrastructure. Over the past decade, I’ve built and scaled systems, established standards and governance, and helped designers create consistent, accessible experiences across complex product ecosystems.

From Strategy to Prototype

I translate product strategy into clear design direction, from journey maps and early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes. I work with designers, engineers, product leaders, and executives around the experience, then help guide the teams from concept through implementation.

Iterative Product Leadership

Fostering a creative, encouraging and collaborative environments where designers can test ideas, learn quickly, and respond to user feedback is one of a few things I take pride in leading my team to do. By balancing continuous improvement with clear product goals, I help my designers make confident decisions and deliver meaningful outcomes.

AI-Enabled Design Operations

With so many AI options out there, I’ve spent a great deal of time learning about them, working with them, and learn by doing while creating design-focused AI training for Codex, Antigravity, and Claude for my teams. I’ve created organization-wide skills, plugins, and MCP integrations that accelerate product and design delivery timelines. These workflows help designers produce system-accurate prototypes, contribute implementation-ready work through merge requests, and move beyond manual Figma iteration toward scalable, with the help of agent-powered design.
